Sensual massage of your penis: is it a treat or treatment?
Can massage cure premature Ejaculation?
Short Answer: No. But you can have fun trying!
Many men ask me if my massage can help cure their problems.
What problems? Well, premature ejaculation is one of them (PE for short).
WARNING: don't be fooled into handing over money for any kind of CURE by MASSAGE.
Massages are wonderful and can help you in many ways.
But if you have a medical issue of any type, then massage isn't the cure.
We have to ask: is your problem a medical issue?
And there is no way for me to know: I am not a doctor.
But I know a few things, and I can give you some guidance.
Premature ejaculation is a problem if you think it is; for example, when ejaculation occurs sooner than desired during sexual activity.
There isn't a simple time limit to define it.
If you can't hold back until you or your partner(s) feel fully satisfied, then it might be a problem for you.
*** While some men experience PE occasionally, others may find it happens regularly. ***
Men dealing with PE can feel embarrassed, disappointed, or even anxious, worrying that it's negatively impacting their relationship or partner's satisfaction. But if you've ever felt this way, I want you to pause for a moment and know that intimacy is about connection, not perfection.
The reasons vary.
Sometimes, it's linked to physical factors, like sensitivity or hormonal imbalances.
Other times, psychological aspects like stress, anxiety, or even relationship dynamics play a significant role.
Your mind and body are deeply connected, so if you're under a lot of pressure or worried about performing well, that can affect your control.
In other words, it might be a symptom of another physical medical issue, or it might be down to whatever's on your mind.
Some questions to ask yourself (and that a Doctor will ask you)
I want you to consider that problems in your sex life might have nothing to do with sex but might be related to other issues. This is true of all symptoms, not just PE.
Look, if rapid fire bothers you, then I suggest you have a look at information from reputable (science-based) sources such as NHS websites.
And a second opinion can be good, so here's a more detailed page that includes helping to PREPARE to speak to a GP about the problem.
Now. If you did visit me, I would treat you exactly like all my clients. I'd deal with the PE if it happens (clean up and carry on).
