Tell me everything in one message, don't assume I will scroll back and discover a messaging history with you. Sometimes I have many people sending me messages at the same time. It gets confusing.

Most importantly - tell me what date and time you want (and if you are already booked), don't leave me guessing!

If you want to contact me at short notice for a swift reply or shortly before a booking, then text messages are best because they will be seen first. Sometimes my WhatsApp doesn't work.

NEVER ever expect an instant reply, and here is why:

1) I don't live at my place of work - so there is a good chance I'm driving to work or getting ready for work.

2) My phone is constantly on silent, and I do not spend all my time staring at it.
